Huge growth at both North and South again for spring 2011!
The growth of this program is so exciting and amazing!
These programs are still privately funded with no financial support from the Town of Plymouth. What was once a $20,000 budget has grown to over $50,000 to fund 4 Varsity Teams as well as JV Teams. Our organization need to raise approximately $35,000 each year after user fees are applied.
This entire program is privately funded!
Most of the year our parents support group works to raise the funds needed for these programs. Accomplishing the goal has become more and more challenging each year as the program and participation continues to grow. Plymouth High School Lacrosse Fundraising Committee, Ltd. is a 501(c)3 charity organization. If you know of a corporation that donates to this type of charity please let us know.
We need parents, alumni, local businesses, corporate sponsors & lacrosse lovers in general to help us in urging the town to fund ALL sports programs in Plymouth. We also need you to participate and support in our fundraising efforts. We welcome your ideas, pariticipation and support! Please get involved in this effort to fund high school lacrosse at both Plymouth North & Plymouth South High Schools.
